Zeal & Heal is a consultation and learning studio led by Prachi Prabhu, based at High Street Mall, Thane West, Maharashtra, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Zeal & Heal. This policy applies to this website and to the enquiries, consultation requests and course registrations made through it.

We process personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

02Information we collect

We only collect information that you choose to give us, or that is needed to run the website securely:

• Contact details — your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address and city.
• Enquiry details — the service or course you are interested in, your preferred format, date and time, and any message you write.
• Consultation details — information you choose to share during a consultation, such as dates of birth or property layouts, used only to provide that service.
• Technical information — the page you came from, campaign tags in the link you clicked, browser type and an approximate IP address, used for security, spam prevention and understanding which pages help visitors.

03How we use your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To arrange, confirm, reschedule and deliver consultations, site visits and courses.
• To keep records of our conversations so we can serve you consistently.
• To send updates about workshops and offers — only if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.
• To protect the website from spam, abuse and fraud, and to meet legal obligations.

04Legal basis and consent

By submitting a form you consent to us using your details for the purposes described above. Marketing messages are sent only with your separate consent. You may withdraw consent at any time; this will not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

05Who can see your information

Your details are accessible only to authorised Zeal & Heal team members who need them to respond to you. We use trusted service providers for website hosting, secure data storage and email delivery; they process data only on our instructions and are required to keep it safe. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

06How we protect it

Information is stored with an established cloud provider using encrypted connections and access controls, and team access is limited by role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, typically up to three years from our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

08Your rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a summary.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate information.
• Ask us to erase your information where it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw consent and stop marketing messages.
• Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

09Cookies

This website uses only the essential browser storage needed for it to function, such as keeping team members signed in to the staff portal and preventing duplicate form submissions. We do not use advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in future, we will update this policy.

10Children

Our website is intended for adults. If a consultation concerns a minor, it should be requested by a parent or guardian, who provides any information on the child's behalf.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its “last updated” date.
