• Submitting a form, WhatsApp message or call is a request, not a confirmed booking.
• An appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms the service, format, date and time with you.
• Please share accurate information. Guidance depends on the details you provide.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.

04Fees and payment

Fees are shared with you on enquiry and confirmed before your consultation or enrolment. Site visits outside Thane may involve additional travel charges, which we will tell you about in advance. Payments are not taken on this website.

Promotional offers apply only during their stated dates and under their stated terms, and cannot be combined unless stated.

05Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for a specific consultation or course will be shared with you at the time of confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees paid for a consultation that has already been delivered are non-refundable.

06Courses and workshops

• Registering interest does not reserve a seat. A seat is confirmed only on enrolment.
• Batch dates, formats and content may change; registered participants will be informed.
• Course materials are for your personal learning and may not be copied, shared or resold.
• Certificates, where offered, recognise course participation and do not represent a government or university qualification.
